Write Your Life

Sundays 4 May-8th June 2025, 6-8pm

In this series of six online workshops, we’re going to learn to write memoir, autofiction, travel writing and creative nonfiction flash pieces. Week by week, we’ll draw on personal experiences in a friendly and relaxed webinar atmosphere and complete two great pieces.

The Short Story

Thursdays 19 June-24 July 2025, 6-8pm

In this series of six online workshops, we’re going to write some fantastic short fiction. Week by week, we’ll play around with character, atmosphere, dialogue, description and tension, and land a great short story.

Start Your Novel

Wednesdays 2 July-10th Sept 2025, 6-8pm

Have you been struggling to start (or finish) a novel? This fun and supportive online course might be for you! Our online webinars will help you build your novel in a series of workshops on plot, structure, character, dialogue, description and tension.

Piecing together your Novella-in-Flash

Fridays 5 September - 14 November 2025, 6-8pm

Do you love to write flash? By the end of this online course, you’ll have crafted a polished Novella-in-Flash which will automatically enter the running to be published as an Inkfish Press chapbook.

Craft a Poetry Chapbook

Thursdays 2 Oct-6th Nov 2025, 6-8pm

Committed poets will enjoy the creative atmosphere of this online course, designed to help you shape existing poems and forge new work as you assemble your poems into a 24 page books, which will automatically be in the running for our chapbook series.

It’s important to keep readers immersed in your story and sometimes, unbelievable dialogue can pull them out of it. Ensure readers continue turning those pages by mastering this essential skill and have fun making your characters talk to each other.

Bring Writing To Life

The best stories sweep readers into a literary world, enabling them to experience the struggles and dreams of characters they’ve never met. This workshop will teach you how to do this, whether you’re a regular writer or complete beginner.
